Dr. Naig graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy Degree in 1991 from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2004 she earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa and Minnesota and a 30 year member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Naig and her family recently relocated to the Bemidji area from Northwest Iowa where she was Director of Rehab at the Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg, Iowa for 15 years. Throughout her career, she has volunteered for local high school sports teams. Over the past 19 years, Dr. Naig has concentrated her studies in the area of Manual Medicine. This passionate interest in manual therapy recently led Dr. Naig to her first Postural Restoration Institute course in 2006. She has demonstrated her commitment to these studies by becoming a Postural Restoration Certified physical therapist. Dr. Naig is currently employed at Sanford Peak Performance located in Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

My passion is teaching clients about their body position, muscle imbalances, asymmetries and how to correct them to maximize their health, wellness and performance.
